Educational
visits give an opportunity for the children’s understanding
of classroom-based teaching to be enhanced, and so form a very important
part of the learning process.
Recently these have included Jodrell Bank, Martin Mere Wildfowl
Trust and the National Gallery. Towards the end of Year 6, the children
participate in a residential stay in the Peak District, studying the
history and environment of the area.
